Interviewed with manager and that was it. Met briefly with recruiter to discuss job position and who to interview with. There was slight prep from recruiter that was helpful. Having work experience is emphasized. there's no skills test.

They might surprise you depending on how urgent they need to fill the position. One week after the application, you receive recruiter call. Later they ask you for a virtual interview next week. They're unorganized so they mix up the days and ask you again for another day. During the call it occurs that they're considering you for another position to not which you applied. Too many unnecessary questions. Not a good explanation about what you'll do about the job. They want to see a candidate who'll be very excited about a job which doesn't promise any talent development. Later, the company which was rushing through the interviews is not sending any update, any feedback even though you mentioned that you'd appreciate it.
