The interview process overall was smooth, and the facilitator was excellent. However, one of their recruiters was unprofessional, claiming not to know the salary range but then implying my expectations were too high (you either do or don't know the range), followed by a lowball offer. I advanced to the third stage of interviews, only to be told I was overqualified and had limited room to grow. They had my CV and knew my experience—why waste my time? Overall the team themselves were spot on, just not the recruiter and how quickly they responded to me was very poor, i also noticed they reposted the role before getting back to me about my third stage. Quite insulting overall.
