A self-recorded HireVue, followed by an in-person interview with someone in the specific Film/TV/Marketing Department. This was my second year interviewing for multiple positions with WBD and I encountered similar issues both times. I had a fantastic interview with the department employee but was completely ghosted. I attempted to follow up but did not receive a response. I also never received an automated email informing me of my rejection, and I only randomly noticed I was taken out of consideration on the workday portal three weeks after the in-person interview. Combined with the awkward self-response nature of HireVue, a bit of a demoralizing process. I had a relaxed and positive interview but the experience was overshadowed by the lack of communication with HR and the interviewer.
