Primero por una empresa intermediaria una entrevista telefonica y/o video llamada. Luego si el intermiediario dabo su visto bueno, llamaban para otra entrevista por video llamada, en esta ocasion con los lideres de equipo al que iba a ser destinado. Que contaban mas o menos como era el dia a dia del trabajo, la proyeccion del puesto y los beneficios de la empresa.

Informal and friendly, but didn't hear back after final interview. Application was internal and eventually heard via automated HR email. Hiring process requires improvement from HR and hiring managers in my opinion.

Interview
I applied online through the company website. I was contacted by HR for a phone screen a month later. A week and a half after that, I had video interviews with two hiring managers. The asked standard questions, but did not seem interested in my answers. The team is very new and there did not seem to be a definitive set of responsibilities for the role they were hiring for. Followed up with HR by email 3 times for feedback before receiving a computer generated rejection a month after my interview.
