The interview process entails an online interview through a company called Hirevue. There are about 7-10 questions and you have about 2 minutes to answer each question. You can re-do each answer as you go, but you only have 1 chance to re-answer each question. You have about 30 seconds to read the question and prepare, then the site gives you a "3-2-1" countdown before your webcam starts recording and you have the 2 minutes to talk. It's a little awkward, but the site allows you to do a few practice questions as many time as you'd like before starting the real interview. At the end of the interview, there was a short message describing the salary and benefits of the job, as well as letting me know I would hear back from someone at the end of May (I completed the online interview in the 2 week time frame allotted in early May). I am not sure if the next step will be an offer or another interview.
