First I got invited to a video interview where I recorded answers to about 8 questions. I was contacted by a recruiter 4 days later asking to have a phone call about next steps. After that call, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then invited to a last-round on-site interview where I was interviewed by 3 people. The experience was wonderful and I was treated as a valuable candidate. The first video interview was in March and I was given an offer in April - quick process!
