The recruiter had me do a self-recorded interview, then moved me along to a panel interview with hiring managers. I never received a phone call from the recruiter, and it took several emails and messages on LinkedIn to get a 10 minute phone call with the recruiter to discuss benefits. During the phone call, the recruiter told me that they did not view the self-recorded interview and instead sent it directly to hiring managers. The lack of effort on the recruiters part was absolutely disgusting. I try to have a very good relationship with my contact with the company but she did not seem interested in assisting me at all. It was the reason I rescinded my application. It gave me a poor feel for the company.

Had three rounds interviews with an HR, a manager and a VP. The whole process took more than 3 months, which was very time-consuming. Sometimes the HR ghosted candidates. The interview questions were not hard though. Most of them were about situations when you worked with a team.
