I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart Global Tech in Oct 2020
Interview
Received a message from Recruiter to schedule meeting with hiring manager. Recruiter gave me a list of info to respond with instead of having typical 30 minute call with recruiter. It was a 20 minute initial call and was given no prep materials or told to review any topics. The hiring manager asked me the exact same questions the recruiter had me spend time writing responses too. Then recruiter starts asking me vague hypothesis testing questions with zero context and was quite rude. It was a pretty terrible interview experience. They would have a far more productive interview experience and gave candidates an idea of topics to prep for, instead of just blindly asking stats questions with zero context and not in a product type question.

Interview
online technical round after recruiter call. After this, onsite of 4-5 rounds. Looks pretty straight forward and standard. I didn't get to the onsite round. I did pretty well on tech round so I believe they already filled the postion so I didn't get moved forward.
