I was contacted because the hiring manager found my resume and wanted to interview me. After the initial recruiter interview, I received an invitation to schedule a second-round interview. However, shortly afterward, I was asked to reschedule, and then the interview was canceled altogether. I was informed that the hiring manager had put the process on hold, but a few days later I was told they would not be moving forward with my application. The process started off transparently but then ended abruptly with little explanation. Overall, it felt like there was a lack of alignment and communication among the hiring team, which made for a disappointing candidate experience.
