Part of Walmart, so good benefits and opportunities if you’re willing to relocate to Arkansas.
Cons
Despite being part of Walmart, does not operate with same company culture. Teams have deep, systemic toxicity that prevents growth and often feels like a hostage situation. While telling you they support your growth, leaders often block employees from exploring and pursuing other roles in broader company. One example of Walmart culture is Unlimited PTO, however this group has installed new practices to track all PTO across the organization.
