Poor callback when applying.
Feedback/Decisions can take weeks, if they bother at all.
I saw so many internal or nepotistic hires in my two years working in other roles that I would no longer bother applying unless someone internal was backing my application.

I had one interview and they hired me.They were interested in knowing my background and history. i was on the basketball team and they worked with my schedule to make sure I did the best i could do. I also helped with the staff on a daily basis.
