I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walking Tree Ventures (Mumbai) in May 2024
Interview
The process began with a portfolio review round, followed by interviews with the HR team, the Brand Director, and finally the Marketing Head."
Let me know if you want this reworded to sound more casual, formal, or tailored to a specific purpose (e.g., resume bullet, email, or social post).
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walking Tree Ventures in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process lasted over 4 rounds, 2 months, and 1 exhaustive personal project. I was contacted by the HR Manager initially who connected me with the director and the CEO of the company in two seperate interviews. I was then asked to make a market research based design project for the company and was asked to schedule another interview after 2 weeks of submission, while I was on a vacation, which I happily complied with because I was hoping the hiring process was coming to close. However, there were 4 people on the call and the call was begun much later than the scheduled time and the interviewers did not have a fixed role in mind for me and wanted me to wait even longer to expect a reply.
Overall, I think Walking Tree & Her Story are very big red flags in terms of companies to work for. Their internal communication is extremely dismal and unorganised. The leaders of the company are not accomodating either. I would NOT recommend working for this company because if they can treat someone who they have not even hired yet like an accessory, I cannot even imagine how they treat their employees that they pay. 0/10 recommend.

Question 1
They interviewers asked for personal access to my Google Drive and all my projects folder across the years even when I was not super comfortable sharing it.
