      Warehouse Worker Interview

      May 20, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Moreno Valley, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens (Moreno Valley, CA) in Feb 2011

      Interview

Submitted an application through the Walgreens online portal for 3rd shift Warehouse Associate at the Distribution Center. Received a call from HR within the same week scheduling an interview. I was 18 years old, with 0 experience, but had referrals from solid employees within the company. Easy questions, mostly regarding work ethics, skills, and extracurricular involvement. HR Generalist who conducted the interview was very sincere throughout the process, but did mention that the referrals from existing employees was a key factor in my advancement/hire. She went on to state that personally she felt I was more inclined for an office-level job considering at the time I was working towards an engineering degree. Overall, experience was positive.

      Warehouse Worker Interview

      Sep 23, 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Valparaiso, IN
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Valparaiso, IN) in Jun 2009

      Interview

Applied online and got called in to do preliminary testing. Flew threw the testing with no problems and was called the same day for an interview. Interview was me with 5 managers. One kept leaving the room. It seemed VERY much more a business interview than a warehouse interview. So strange.
