I got an email after the day I applied. Then, I scheduled for an interview. The manager asked me the formatted questions and it took about 20 minutes. Also, I found out during the interview that the summer internship is called Leadership program.

Question 1
Describe the situation where you showed your leadership.
It was a quick and easy interview. Nothing much that was too hard to answer. Mostly behavioral style interview and going into some projects on the resume. It was a very nice interview with the lady and everything was clear and expected.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens in Nov 2022
Interview
After applying you will be asked to have a phone call interview where the interviewer will ask common questions and give you absolutely nothing in return. I found that the interview over the phone rather than on Zoom was very impersonal and I felt they didn't really get to know me.
