The manager was not prepared to describe what the daily responsibilities were. When asked about reporting and growth, the manager could not give a straight answer. Entry-level position that did not have the option of a recurring stable schedule.
Very easy and casual interview. The hiring manager asked common interviewing questions and why I wanted to work there. They asked if I had any previous sales experience and my hours.
Fine. Basic. Asked me about past experiences that would have to do with the job. Overall felt good. Friendly. Welcoming. Was interviewing as for a sales associate position and went well.
I applied online, they got back to me in a week. Had one in-person interview which was just behavioral questions. They got back to me quickly after the interview. No other steps were need after
