I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Irving, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
Very easy, as long as you tell them what they want to hear you cant fail. They want to no that you can show sympathy for the patients, keep information private and do your job fast.
You have two moderators in a zoom call. Either one asks all questions and one takes notes or they alternate. Lots of periods of silence whole they write down your answers. Don't try to fill the silence is my suggestion as they will have to write that down too.
