There was only one interview that was given to me by a panel of 3 Store managers and the District manager. Interview lasted about 40 minutes. For the most part they want you to talk about your accomplishments in College and work experiences. If you have any kind of retail management experience you have a strong advantage of others trying to apply for this position.
