Interview
It was a welcoming environment. The managers that conducted the interviews were friendly and understanding took their time to get to know the person who was interviewing for the job and not just glancing at the resume. They did some of the generic questions, but that is expected because they are trying to find the right people to fit with their organization.

What was you biggest trail that you had to over come?
This entire procedure was nice and easy. Not very challenging. I was not well prepared. I did not get the offer. It's my own issue. There were some behavioral based interview questions.
the interview process was very easy and efficient. They asked questions about previous experience and how I qualify for the position. They answered any questions I had and were quick in letting me know their decision.
