The DM came to my store to interview me. He told me about the job and asked me what qualities did I have that showed I would be able to run my own store. He also asked me a few other behavioral questions.

It was a behavioral interview based on many situations with how you manage team members. There were also questions on customer service skills and training situations that you had with team members.
