The interview process took over 4 months and there where 6 separate interviews conducted. The interviews where standard and had the basic interview questions. They really took time to make sure that you where a good fit for the department as well as the team placement. It worked out in my favor because the Department and team that I was placed in is a good fit for myself and my career goals.
The Walgreens interview process typically includes an initial phone or in-person interview focused on customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and handling fast-paced situations, followed by a final management interview. Overall good experience

Interview
Interview consisted of three 30 minute discussions with three separate people. It was hard to get a feel for the work and the culture in such a short amount of time. Interviews are a two-way decision and there needs to be more opportunity for candidate to get a full picture of what they are coming to.
