Recruiter reached out to schedule a phone interview . Process was quick. 15 minute call with basic questions about resume. Standard phone screen with description of the role, my background and interview process.

Interview
Interview was straightforward and tech heavy. Interviewer seemed to know what she was looking for. I was excited about the opportunity but disappointed to learn they were not flexible on hybrid schedule.

If you were an Excel formula what would you be and why?
I received a phone call from the hiring manager asking me to do a full panel interview. It was a nice change of pace compared to the months and months of waiting. I enjoyed the take home exercise and received a few days after the panel. I ended up turning it down as they weren't flexible on pay and we hadn't made sure we were on the same page in the first call. Good experience overall, everyone I spoke with was lovely.
