Waldencast interview questions

2 interviews, seemed interesting albeit a small stretched team. said they were very interested then said the role wasn’t available anymore, then said they were interested again just to ghost me on the follow up.

Had one interview which seemed incredibly positive with very positive feedback, after that they reviewed the internal structure and decided they didn't need this role. A week later they called me again to say they were very interested and didn't want to lose me - only to have another interview with a new person and then be ghosted.
