Straightforward application process. I did the video interview using my galaxy note 4 mobile phone - i followed the video link from within my email which prompted me to download and installl launch pad app from from Google play store. Once installed I went back to the email link. Video was smooth and there was 30 seconds before actual recording of your answer which I think wad good because the 30 seconds countdown gives you time to think about your answer. There were 5 questions in total. I did the video interview yesterday Tuesday 23 Feb 2016 and waiting.

Simple application, video interview, assessment centre. Video interview had typical questions: Why WSP? Tell us about work experience etc. Assessment centre was very relaxed. Group exercise with two senior employees as graders. Interview with two Senior graders. The interview was more of a conversation about myself and my personal interests.
