Zoom interview where they got to know basics from me and asked more about my goals. This lead to another in person interview where they showed me around the office and had me meet and talk with other team leaders

What coursework I had completed that was relevant. If I knew the main aspects of foundation and deep foundation design. If I knew what residual soil was.

It wasnt hard. Just expressed what I had. I wore a suit and took the initiative about talking about my dreams and aspirations. I also was adamant about talking about why that area in particular and why that postion.
