The interview experience was mixed. One interviewer was excellent and conducted the discussion smoothly. However, the other interviewer became fixated on a single question. Even after I answered it clearly, he repeated it multiple times until I responded exactly the way he expected. Interviews should be an opportunity to assess potential while also recognizing that candidates can learn and grow. If something isn’t aligned with expectations, constructive guidance is more effective than repetition.

Talking with HR, and arranging the time for the next meeting. Then did the interview with the lead researcher. The atmosphere of the conversation was both casual and professional. The interviewers were kind.
