I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WSP (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
I interviewed first at my college campus, and then had a follow up interview in San Fransisco. Both interviews had no technical questions and they just asked me to talk about what was on my resume. They were more conversations than interviews.
After I received an offer they processes was pretty terrible. My offer was actually rescinded and then they re-offered me the job a week later. All in all the process after receiving the offer was very off putting and I decided to continue with another opportunity.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WSP in Mar 2025
Interview
It was good and smooth, the HR team is responsive and friendly, after the interview with HR I was selected again for the interview with the manager, and found out I received the job the next week
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe your current work experience and how does it integrate with this position?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WSP (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2024
Interview
A lot of technical questions but overall very nice and approachable. They mostly want to know about your personality and if you're a good fit for the office culture. I had two interviewers and they were all very nice and sweet, At the end they were honest about not wanting to hire me for the position which I appreciated as it allowed me to move to the next interview without feeling lost or waiting for them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly talked about my school program. They asked me questions about my capstone project.
It was a good experience and it was an easy interview. They made it more like a discussion and went over my resume a little bit but more about what projects were involved
