Interview
The first interview stage was a online interview, be prepared to dress smart and have a look at the WSP site for advice on answering questions. You have 30 seconds to prepare each answer, and 60 seconds to answer each question.
Questions include questions about WSP, and general, why civil engineering, also problems you have overcome, about experience and relevant skills etc.

Interview
The interview process at WSP consists with 4 main stages. First submission of online application, second online assessment, third one-way online video interview and finally the face -to - face interview.
After doing great in a psychometric test, there was a one-to-one interview. Generally asking relevant questions regarding my academic and work experience. Focusing on my skills of teamwork and leadership.
Application Submission, Video Interview, then you get to see all the other applicant and HR people in a Zoom call session, mainly the company briefing about the role and company Information then a 1:1 or 2:1 interview with the team
