It was a straight forward process. Teams interview with a manager. The setup and the communication was straight-forward. I went through a recruiter to arrange this interview. Interview was with the building and infrastructure team.
they didnt get back to me re: result for 2 weeks.

Most questions were about my experience and what I know.
Colloquio con 2 tecnici e 1 responsabile della BU. Zero presenza di hr, domande assurde, zero conoscenza del mio cv, non mi davano modo di parlare ed esprimermi, mi hanno detto che in caso di offerta mi offriranno una ral più bassa di quella attuale

Calcolo di permeabilità dell’argilla (a mente), calcolo di travi e sollecitazioni (a mente), quesiti situazionali ambigui e poco chiari volti a mettere palesemente in difficoltà il candidato
Trato muy agradable, claros en la descripción de lo que tenía que desempeñar y otras características del puesto de trabajo. Puntuales para la reunión y rápidos en la resolución. Me fueron informando del proceso.

Solid interview that was conversational and informative. Focus on getting to know the company and role as well as myself and what I was looking to get out of the position. Comfortable and engaging.
