      Relationship Manager Interview

      Oct 1, 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Brighton, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WPM Education (Brighton, England) in Aug 2021

      Interview

Having applied for the role I was contacted a week or so later and invited for an initial conversation with an internal recruiter who outlined the interview process and gave me more detail about the business and responsibilities of the position. I had a very comprehensive first interview with the hiring manager which allowed us both to listen and discuss our core objectives. This was followed by a session with two other colleagues from the wider business. I was kept up to date throughout the process and made to feel comfortable with all expectations explained in advance of each stage.
