      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at WM (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2018

      Interview

I first applied in Feb and didn't get a response until June. I honestly forgot I applied, but still accepted the interview. The first interview was with a recruiter over the phone and then I was brought in to conduct a f2f with 2 Sr. Managers. I was interviewed for about 2 hours, was shown around the building and then brought into the VP's office to meet him. He asked how I was treated and what I thought about the position and the company. After finishing, I was walked out by the 2 Sr. Managers and was told that I would most likely be coming back for a panel interview, and that I would defiantly hear back from someone next week. Its been 5 months since I interviewed and I have emailed the recruiter with no response and messaged him on LinkedIn that I saw he read. Now, its not that I didn't receive an offer, it was the lack of professionalism and respect that was displayed from this company. A piece of advise, If you say someone with contact you back...you contact them back...even if its with bad news.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WM (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2014

      Interview

Though the pre-screening experience was generally a positive one, I found the first-line management interview to be far from what I expect from a major corporation and leader in its field. The manager with whom I interviewed made no attempts to be evenly remotely warm with me. "They tell us to ask these questions so that's what I'm going to do," he said, then went on to ask me the pre-canned questions in a robotic fashion. When asked if I had questions, I said "Yes. What is your leadership style?", I asked. He said "I'll tell you something once, but if I have to tell you again, there will be a lot of screaming and shouting." Great, I thought, this is what every senior manager needs in their life ------ NOT!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Many scenario based questions are asked. For example, "Tell me of a time when you were in jeopardy of losing a customer, and what you did to fend that off. Also, explain how you used your resources to accomplish the objective, and what the outcome was."
