Interview
A recruiter contacted me over the phone after I applied online and proceeded to an have an initial interview; he said I qualified for a second interview. I went to the office, two senior managers jointly interviewed me. Then the company took me out to lunch while the center manager and other senior managers had an opportunity to talk with me.
