WD Competitive Intelligence interview questions

Sandisk interview: Initial call with the recruiter who seemed excited to meet me. Then, an interview with the HM who asked rapid-fire questions, despite the recruiter telling me it was a coffee & chat format. Then, I was told a case study was being made for me. I was not initially told about a case study. Suddenly, after two rounds of interviewing, a take-home case study assignment was required and I took a half day off work to complete it without complaint. Then, I was then put through a panel of 3 interviews, including 2 debriefs about the case study. I took a half day off work to have the interviews back-to-back but they moved the final interview to the next day at 5:30pm. A week and a half later, I got a canned rejection email with no feedback.
