W.M. Schultz Construction interview questions

Initial contact was through a college career fair. After talking they wanted to interview the next day. They are a small construction company that strives to have connections in the work place to act like family. A lot of the interview was questions that allowed them to see if you would be a productive and connected member of their professional family. This is a very important thing for them. My qualifications were discussed at the career fair and a few additional questions including things I had been challenged with and how I went about dealing with those challenges. After that interview that was held at my university they called me to ask about my availability to go to their office for an additional interview. They are very accommodating and work around your schedule to do so.
