Three rounds of interviews, people seemed very easy to talk to and I enjoyed the detailed discussion about the role. The work culture seems classic start up- laid back but busy in peak times. While I was super excited about the role, getting timely response from HR seems unlikely. ( I guess we don't really expect HR to respond these days, ghosting is the norm. But I did feel these guys were different- hence the expectation) Enjoyable interview process but super slow.
