      Social Media Manager Interview

      Mar 14, 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Melbourne
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vush (Melbourne) in Nov 2023

      Interview

TThe interview, initially described as a casual first-stage conversation, turned out to be more intense than anticipated. Instead of an informal chat, it felt like a deeper exploration, with probing questions typically reserved for later stages or actual employment. The interviewers appeared eager for detailed information, typically shared during subsequent rounds or once employed. When queried on company culture, the answers of the interviewers were a little concerning. The company failed to extend the courtesy of a polite decline or any follow-up communication.
