      Escalation Engineer Interview

      Tel Aviv-Yafo
      No offer
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vulcan Cyber (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Nov 2021

      Interview

The whole process was pleasant from the first interview to the last interview. It was done by employees in different roles who have some connection to this role that I so it gave me the ability to best understand the nature of the role and who I would work with. The interview questions were both professional and personal. It was very important for them that I understand in depth what the role was, what they were looking for and whether it suited me. I was able to receive all the information that I needed so I could get to the best decision about whether the job and place were right for me or not. At the end, I felt that it was a place where I could learn, develop and grow, and be with people that I would enjoy working with. This is definitely a place that I could see myself working in.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vulcan Cyber (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Nov 2021

      Interview

I went through 5 interviews, in general, with 6 different people in the company, after all this interviews I've got the impression I should get a contranct because they told me that they are excited from me and from my experince, in the end they told me that they decided to close this position and not to hire anyone I've got the impression I should receive a contract. They didn't offered me any other role. All the interview questions we're personal and not professional. For my opinion it shows a big problem in the company, especially when all the people that interviewed me said the most important thing to them is the quality of people. I took it very seriously and personally, I've never been treated like this. It was a shame and a big waste of time.
