One group interview. Pretty standard, with some "creative" questions thrown in. I think they primarily wanted to see how we interacted in a group setting and how able we were to adjust to questions that could sometimes be out of the ordinary

Gave my application in person. Was called by a department head within a week or less. Had a group interview. There were six applicants led to an office space where we were interviewed by eight department heads all at once. I was then called about 3 days later and told my references had been cleared.

Interview
Submitted résumé via email. Followed up with email three days later. Received interview invitation for the next week. Visited Vroman's store and proceeded to upstairs administrative office. One-on-one interview with promotions manager. Twenty-five minute interview. Questions RE: experiences, as well as how one would handle customer service complaints. Including how one would deal with working with artists, writers, and co-employees of differing views and backgrounds.
