      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Vortexa

      Interview

Pretty standard interview process. First it was general interview. Little background about myself and why I felt I’d be good for the role. If it aligns with their values and you come of well, it was technical test about 3 months later which was little long. If you pass the technical exam then you do a much more thorough panel interview.

      Question 1

In the panel interview they gave me 5 min to fine and present on a subject related to energy.

      Graduate Energy Analyst Interview

      Oct 17, 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Vortexa (London, England)

      Interview

The interview process with [Company Name] was overall a positive experience. Right from the onset, I was greeted by friendly faces and a well-organized team that made the experience feel welcoming. The flow of the interview was smooth, and every stage seemed to have a clear purpose. However, there was one particular aspect that stood out. Early on, I had inquired about the possibility of a case interview being part of the process. I was informed that it would not be included. To my surprise, towards the end of the interview, I was presented with a case to solve. This unexpected turn was a bit disconcerting, especially since I had been previously reassured that a case interview wasn't part of the process. While I adapted to the situation and did my best to tackle the case, a heads-up would have been appreciated to set the right expectations.
