The interview process was really well structured, organised and efficient with good communication throughout. There were 4 stages:
Stage 1: internal recruiter screening / initial call
Stage 2: interview with Head of FP&A (on Teams)
Stage 3: interview with CFO (on Teams)
Stage 4: in person interview with Head of FP&A
I felt I could gauge the company, their values and the people really well from these stages. I was really impressed.
