Interview
Spoke with the HR person 1 on 1 about the company, what I'm looking for, things on my resume etc. Basic behavioral interview. Then moved onto a technical interview with 2 engineers. It was a pretty basic object oriented practical coding test with inheritance. Then was asked a bunch of questions specifically about C++. Then finally took an hour long multiple choice IQ test which was very strange.
