I was told interview will have 4 stages including a small assessment but I was very wrong. Following is the timeline.
1. Initial interview with a Technical Recruiter
2. Technical Assessment (Code Based)
3. Technical Interview (1.5 hours)
4. Interview with Director
5. Interview with team of Director
6. Interview with 1st executive
7. Interview with 2nd executive.
After all these steps, I was not offered. Not getting offered is not a problem but my point is why take candidate up to the executives and then reject him? If you were looking for something specific, you could have had filtered me out in the beginning after technical interviews.
