I was interviewed by the store manager and she asked me couple questions about the retail and about customer service. The interview was just for 10 minutes. Then she said she will call me back

She asked me couple questions but one of it was how as much as you can maintain a sale.
The interview process was pretty easy. I applied on indeed with a quick résumé upload. They copy me back within a few days. I did a phone screening, then an in person interview, which I was offered the job at that interview.

Interview
Phone interview with HR manager within 1 hour of submitting resume. Had in store interview the following week. Compensation expectations were discussed. Called back for references the following week. Offer was extended which was 25% less than the amount that both managers said wouldn't be a problem.
