After the HR review, I was rejected without any feedback. I'm not sure why it happened. We only discussed about general topics and my experience, and it ended quickly. I need more feedback.

Interview
Interview process with several stages: recruiter call(30 min), home assignment(60 min), discussion of home assignment with engineers(60 min), system design(60 min).
The process took 3 weeks.
In the end I received a generic "we had to make the tough decision to move forward with other candidates" without any constructive feedback.

It’s structured with HR call, hiring manager interview, and 2 technical interviews depending on seniority and then offer if you get the spot.
The process just took a bit too long because I guess with big companies some decision makings take a lot of time.
