Interview
The initial interview went well as the hiring manager was too busy to meet with me. I was called in for a second interview with the hiring manager, his judgment was based strictly on my graduating GPA, even though I have previous real-world experience in the position. I was asked about questions I would find on a university exam, he did not ask about real-world experience with my previous clients.
