I had 3 interviews: one with HR, one with a team member, and one with my would-be supervisor. These interviews were also escalating in difficulty. The first one included a small presentation and was meant to assess my fit and knowledge about the company. The second one was a bit more technical as some technical questions were asked. The last one was almost purely technical, running through a verbal technical on statistics and database design.

Question 1
Describe what SCDs entail (slowly changing dimensions)
I applied for other role. A month later I got a reply that I actually fit other position and I was very happy to take part in the interview. The interviewer was very nice - he asked me basic questions and to talk about myself. It was nice, and I actually checked every requirement to the role, so the recruiter said I will get a test task in max. 2 days. Later there are more interviews (I guess 4 more, which is a lot...). Anyway I didn't get the test task. I waited for a month (!!!) and then wrote to the recruiter. He replied in 10 seconds saying that a lot of employees were not there because of vacation. The test task was already prepared before, so I assume he just forgot to send it. But okay. I did the task and send it. I got a reply that they can't move forward with my application and if I want to know why they can tell me what went wrong. I said ok, I want to know. For the past 2 months I am waiting for a reply...
