Second step: group discussion + individual feedback with HR
Third step: Discussion with a Manager
The online SHL test included 3 different tests Comprension, Mathematical, Logical. The group interviews was about selecting a marketing team and strategy based on the situation described. The Discussion with the Manager was a business case about revenue\costs of a mobile phone's offer.
