I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vodafone in Nov 2014
Interview
There is a long process starting with applying with a resume and cover letter, or in my case being invited to do an online assessment. After the assessment round there is a group case study, and after that several interviews. I was not ready to start at the moment and the recruiter which I had the interview with after the group case study, changed jobs afterwards, the email from the recruiter was blocked and the status on my account was stuck on pending.

I applied online. I interviewed at Vodafone (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Apr 2026
Interview
The first interview is an online assessment. The first part is a logical reasoning test and a pretty difficult one. It also includes recorded responses from the candidate with no do-overs.

Question 1
Describe yourself and why are you interested in this position.
First round consisted of a short pattern recognition test and online video interview assessment consisting of 5 questions. The pattern recognition test was pretty short, about 15 mins if I remember correctly, and the video interview was fairly standard, with two minute answers.
