Interview
First there was an phone interview which lasted around 10 mins where they asked many questions some of these questions were about how to deal with day to da matters other questions were about the company itself. If you passed this process there is a face to face interview which is quite similar types of questions and giving examples of of matters which I have dealt with.

Einfaches Schema, Vorstellungsgespräch über teams zumindsst während covid, Verkaufsrollenspiele wurden gefordert, Kenntnis über die derzeitigen Tarife auf jeden Fall von Vorteil. Die Fragen gingen meist über die bisherige Erfahrung im Kundenservice.

it was an easy interview with the shop manager, they only wanted to know if i have communication abilities and if manage to deal with a difficult customer. I had to enter in a role play game but it end their feedback was positive.
