I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vodafone (Birmingham, England)
Interview
I applied online and next day received an email stating I had gone through to next stage. A few hours later got invited to do a digital interview in yet another email. I had never done this kind of thing before, basically the interview was a video one, where I had to answer questions infront of a webcam, and my answers were being recorded to be reviewed by a recruitment specialist later. The questions were basic and was given 3 minutes to answer each question. I am waiting for the response now.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Vodafone (Selby, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
First of all I made the quest after that one day after I receive an email that say I will be called for a telephone interview in the next day, I was called at 11 in the morning there was a problem with my signal the operator seems too busy to wait another 5 minutes because she said that she has another interview in 20 minutes, and we managed to have an interview a few hours later at 4 a clock, it was the shortest interview I ever had, she asks me: are you studying? and I said I don't know I'm thinking to go to Uni next year, but I don't know I said that I will put the job my first priority and it's just a wish to go to university after that I said clearly that if I have a full time job and secure I will not go and anyway I don't know if go or not, so her answer was:
If you are thinking of going to University next year, it’s not something you can 100% commit to.
Vodafone is looking for people that can stay with the company long term, but with the potential of your going to University and without knowing what your timetable would be etc, we cannot currently progress your application.
I may not be the best candidate for the job, but still I deserve a chance, this is not fair.. this is how i feel right now...
