I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Auckland, Auckland) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process consisted of a 3 part assessment centre, beginning with a group assessment, personal presentation and finally a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview. Current graduates were on hand throughout the whole process and made the whole process enjoyable and relaxing. The HR team were very informative and the assessment centre was incredibly interactive and gave a great insight into what life is like at Vodafone.
